Welcome to Suveloanails. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order caused by pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, Stripe, or other enabled gateways. Taxes and import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Shipping: Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Suveloanails is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Returns & Refunds: Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property: All product photos, descriptions, logos, and designs are the property of Suveloanails. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suveloanails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or product use.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Suveloanails is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
